Young Adult Tobacco Prevention Leadership (YATPL) Conference Registration

Welcome to the registration for the 2026 Young Adult Tobacco Prevention Leadership (YATPL) Conference. This conference is designed for any college and university students, young adult interns, or TRDRP student researchers aged 18–29 who are interested in the tobacco policy landscape affecting California communities, colleges, and universities, as well as developing the skills to collaborate with local partners, community members, and decision-makers on tobacco prevention issues. The YATPLC conference strives to connect like-minded young adults with peers who are passionate about health policy, grassroots mobilization, and working with communities and stakeholders to advance informed tobacco prevention policies.

Participants:
Limited seating for young adults ages 18-29, specifically geared towards college and university students, public health/policy interns, and/or TRDRP student researchers. Community college students and interns are strongly encouraged to apply.

Cost:
There is no cost to attend this event. CYAN will provide all participants with food, travel costs, and lodging at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Sacramento.
