Today you will be taking the SHARE survey. This survey asks about your time in school and at home and about behaviors that may affect your health and safety. We have taken great care to ensure the questions are purposeful and avoid discomfort, however, some people may still feel uncomfortable with a question or two.

Counselors and social workers at your school are available to talk about the survey if you have questions or things you want to discuss with an adult.
You do not have to answer any question you don’t want to. You can choose not to complete the survey.
