We’re now accepting proposals for speakers.

Thank you for your interest in presenting at The Enrollment Management Association’s 64th Annual Conference! AC21 will be a hybrid event taking place both in Seattle and online!

Our breakout sessions run 45-minutes in length and should allow approximately 10 minutes for Q&A. There are two ways to present:
  • In-Person - If your in-person proposal is accepted you will be presenting in Seattle on September 23 or 24.
  • Online (Domestic) - If your online proposal is accepted you will be presenting online on September 23 or 24 between 11am - 2pm PST or during our international online event.

This year we are particularly interested in sessions related to the following topics:
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • LGBTQ+
  • How COVID-19 has affected your enrollment process
  • Self-care
  • International schools
If you submit a proposal, you must be available to present at any point during the dates and times above.

Accepted presenters and co-presenters are required to register for the conference. We provide a $100 off registration discount (at the member or non-member rate, as applicable) to accepted presenters.

EMA receives more proposals than slots available and seeks to put together a program with a variety of topics and issues, and that will offer insights and strategies relevant to the work of admission and enrollment management in independent schools. The more specific you can be in describing your session--its focus and outcomes--the better.

Please fill out this form completely, including information for additional presenters, if applicable. The deadline for submissions is June 11, 2021. You will receive notice regarding the status of your proposal by the end of June.
We recommend for-profit companies, vendors, and consultants submitting a proposal partner with one of your school clients to share a case study.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to jdavis@enrollment.org.
