Welcome to the 2026 Leaside Residents Survey
Leaside is changing — with new transit, development, and a growing community. This survey is a chance to pause and understand what matters most to the people who live here.
This is a community initiative led by Leaside Life, the Leaside Residents Association (LRA), and Leaside Memorial Community Gardens (Leaside Gardens).
Your input will help identify shared priorities across key issues such as traffic and congestion, development, safety, and community life — and will help guide future discussions and initiatives.
The survey takes about 10–12 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and reported only in aggregate form.
The survey is open until April 30, with results shared at Leaside Day on May 23.
