West Fourth Street Downtown Improvements Survey

The Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership are asking for your ideas and opinions about downtown Winston-Salem so that we can better plan for its future. This survey is part of the Implementation Efforts for the 2023 Downtown Winston-Salem Plan. To learn more about this DT Plan Implementation Item - West 4th Street Enhancement Study

The results from this survey along with input at the Public Input Sessions will help develop a consensus for developing a future plan for improvements on West Fourth Street from Spruce Street to Broad Street.

West Fourth Street improvements were recommended in the approved 2023 Downtown Plan. We are hoping to work with stakeholders in the area to develop a specific improvement plan and seek funding to make the improvements a reality.
