2026 Supporter Survey

Thank you for supporting Cure Parkinson’s. We value your views on what we do and the different ways you like to support and engage with us. That's why we’re asking you to fill out a short survey.

Our Supporter Survey is your opportunity to give your opinion and help us to improve. The information will help us to get to know you better and understand the elements of our work that are most important to you.

The survey should only take a few minutes and all participants can choose to enter a prize draw for the chance to win one of three £50 Marks and Spencer vouchers. Throughout the survey * are used where a question needs to be completed before you can progress through the survey. The survey will close on 19 July 2026.
