EEA Civil Society Fund Croatia- Registration Form for the Online Matchmaking Event and Expression of Interest in Participating in Partnerships Survey

We invite civil society organisations and other eligible organisations from Croatia, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein to an online Matchmaking event as part of the EEA Civil Society Fund Croatia (hereinafter: EEA CSF HR), which will take place on 22 September 2026 from 11:00 to 13:00 via Zoom. The working language of the event is English.

During the first 45 minutes, we will present the Rolling Call for Bilateral Collaboration: Lot 1 – Partnership Development and Preparation as well as current funding opportunities, while the second part of the event is intended for connecting organisations and finding potential partners for future project cooperation within the EEA CSF HR.

Please complete the form for the purpose of registering for the event no later than 21 September 2026, by 14:00. After registration, you will receive a ZOOM link to participate in the event and the agenda.

Please note that this form is intended for organisations from the Donor States. Croatian civil society organisations are kindly asked to complete the following form instead.

Also, organisations that wish to have their data included in the database of organisations interested in further partnerships within the EEA CSF HR can indicate this in this form. The database will be published on the EEA CSF HR website in order to facilitate the identification of potential partners for future calls under this Programme. Publication of data in the database is voluntary. If you do not wish your data to be published in the database, you can register to participate in the event without giving your consent to the inclusion of your data in the database.

We will use the relevant data provided through the registration form for the purpose of organising the Matchmaking event (e.g. to enable you to access the event and to contact you regarding the organisation of the event). A recording of the first part of the event (presentation of the Rolling Call for Bilateral Collaboration: Lot 1 – Partnership Development and Preparation as well as current funding opportunities) will be publicly available online. If, during this part of the online event, you disclose any of your personal data (e.g. by showing yourself via webcam, entering personal data in the chat box, etc.), please be aware that such data will also be visible to others and will be publicly available online. If you do not wish this to happen, please ensure that such disclosure does not occur (e.g. do not participate in the video conversation, use the name of your organisation rather than your personal name in the chat box, etc.). If, despite this, you publish/disclose your personal data during the indicated part of the online event, we will consider that you consent to their public disclosure online.

Furthermore, some of the data (organisation name, first and last name of the contact person, contact person's email address, organisation's website/social media and organisation's area of programme activity, desired programme outcome) provided in this form will, in accordance with your consent given in question 12, be used to create a database of organisations interested in further partnerships within the EEA CSF HR. The database will be published on the EEA CSF HR website in order to facilitate the identification of potential partners for future calls under this Programme. You may withdraw your consent to the use of your contact data for the aforementioned purpose, as well as request its deletion or amendment, at any time.
