What is the purpose of this survey? The Amyloidosis Research Consortium (ARC) is conducting this online survey to understand the experience with diagnosis and treatment of patients with amyloidosis and their caregivers.
What am I asked to do? This online survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and you can leave the survey at any time. Data gained through this survey will be confidential.
Will I be paid for taking part in this research? You will not be paid for taking part in this research.
