The CAWIC Industry Leadership Award acknowledges an individual who has made significant contributions to women in construction, the industry, or their organization through their leadership, action, and commitment.
Award criteria:
- Experience: This individual has at least ten (10) years of experience, identifies as a woman and plays a leadership role in their organization or the industry.
- Vision: This individual continually aims to lead with positivity, dedication, and a commitment to advancing the success of women in construction.
- Inspiring: This leader inspires, encourages, and elevates those around them. This individual actively demonstrates sponsorship, mentorship, and a commitment to helping others with opportunities and visibility.
- Change-maker: This leader continually uses their voice and platform to be a strong advocate for women in construction.
- Impact: The individual has made substantial contributions to the industry and has activated positive change to support women in construction
- CAWIC Member: All award winners must have a valid CAWIC membership.
