CEV has partnered with LUNEX in Luxembourg to deliver an Advanced Learning Programme designed as a capacity-building opportunity for middle management. The programme aims to strengthen continuity and leadership by equipping participants with practical management and leadership skills that can be immediately applied in their daily work. Athletes with a proven record of participation in CEV competitions, preparing for a career transition are welcome to participate, as their involvement can bring valuable perspectives.

For selected candidates, all programme costs are fully covered by CEV, meaning the participants will not have any financial obligations. However, if a selected candidate fails to attend at least 60% of the sessions, CEV may request to reimburse the programme cost of €2,500.

Please note that places in the programme are limited, and not all applicants will be selected. In the event that a candidate is not selected through the endorsement process, he or she will still have the opportunity to apply through the open registration.

Eligibility Criteria
- Current CEV athletes;
- Proven record of participation as an athlete in CEV competitions;
- Proficient level of speaking and writing English (Minimum B2-level);
- Full commitment to follow the programme in the period between mid-January until March 2027.
