• HKSI Institute *Student Members AND
• full-time undergraduates from the designated Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area (GBA)

Case Competition Notes:
Due to the limited quota for students, it will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the completeness of both the Case Competition Application Form and the Student Membership Application. Priority will be given to current Student Members of the HKSI Institute, and we highly recommend that you form your team with our existing Student Members.
Guidelines for Completing this Case Competition Application Form:
1. Please complete the application form in English.
2. You are reminded to submit this application form once only and each team should only submit one form. If you are forming your own team, please obtain the following information from your team members before submission.
- Your Team’s Name
- Your Team’s Top 10 Preference of Project Sponsors
List of Project Sponsors at HERE (according to alphabetical order of category and company name) with company description and website for your information
- Each of your Team Members’
• Full Name
• Name of Higher Education Institutions
• Faculty (in full)
• Major of Study (in full)
• Year of Study
• School and Personal Email Address
• Phone Number
• Whatsapp Number or WeChat ID
• Status of HKSI Institute Student Membership (with application numbers starting with ef000000xxxx).
