The Generation Now Programme provides a unique opportunity for young professionals to network, exchange ideas, and engage with leading philanthropy experts from across Europe and beyond. Since its inception, the programme has welcomed over 100 participants from 50+ organisations, empowering today’s generation of young people in philanthropy who will be our tomorrow’s leaders.

Who can apply?
Early career professionals who have started their professional journey in a philanthropic organisation and are under 30 years old.
Logistics and finances
The Generation Now programme is prioritised for Members/Associates of Philea but also open to candidates from from outside our membership. Your organisation is expected to cover your registration, travel, and accommodation.

Looking for financial support? Generation Now participants can apply for the Philea Forum scholarship programme to cover their participation fees in a separate process*. Make sure to check the Scholarship Programme tab for the Philea Forum.
Please note that if you are not selected for the Generation Now Programme you can still participate in the Philea Forum.
