FSD’s Best Sandwich Contest is back for another year. Criteria includes creativity between the bread, success of the menu item, quality of ingredients, and of course, the story behind the sandwich. Your submission must include a photo of the sandwich. The deadline to submit an entry is Thursday, September 10. Winners will be announced on foodservicedirector.com later this fall. Please note this contest is for noncommercial foodservice operators only.
