Convening EMEA 2025 | Call for Case Studies Survey

At Convening EMEA 2025, we’re gathering business event leaders globally to join us in Rotterdam and explore the trends, connections, and innovations shaping the future of our industry.

This year’s program focuses on three powerful themes:

Future: How we stay ahead of rapid change and lead with purpose in an evolving landscape.
Connection: Because collaboration across borders, sectors, and communities is what fuels meaningful innovation and is needed now more than ever before. 
Integration by Design: Where we align people, technology, data and strategy intentionally to create more impactful experiences and measurable outcomes for our events and organisations.

Convening EMEA takes place from 14 – 16 October 2025 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

For our Insight Series, we are looking for cutting edge case studies, innovative concepts and practical industry insights aligned with either of the programme theme’s. The Insights Series concept focuses on specific industry learnings, explores those from different stakeholder perspectives and how it impacts to ensure a truly collaborative and holistic learning experience.
