Dear Leadership Council SMC Community,
Leadership Council SMC and its Board of Directors are preparing to search for the organization’s first Executive Director, an intentional next step in its evolution.
Before developing the position profile and formally launching the search, we want to hear from people who know our organization, our community, and the leadership needs of San Mateo County. Your perspective will help us identify the qualities, experience, and priorities that will be most important in our first Executive Director.
