Two new playgrounds were approved under the City's capital budget for 2026 for the Tom Gavey Alemite Park/Churchill Heights Park and Heritage Park communities.

We are now seeking feedback on what you would like to see included in these upgrades! Your responses will help us better understand what matters most to community members—such as accessibility, safety, available play features and overall usability—as well as how playgrounds fit within their surrounding parks, including location, proximity and ease of access.

We invite you to complete all portions of the survey. However, those interested in only providing feedback on one park may only wish to complete the general and park-specific questions, as identified in each section.

Whether you regularly visit playgrounds with children, occasionally use park spaces, or simply want to share your perspective, your input is valuable. The information collected will help inform future planning, improvements and investment in playground and park spaces to better serve the community.

Thank you for contributing your voice and helping us create inclusive, engaging and welcoming play spaces for everyone.
