All members are invited to share their views in the annual survey which aims to measure membership satisfaction and test what improvements could be made to the club.

This is an anonymous membership survey and is completely confidential. No details will be published that can identify individual members.

The purpose of the membership survey is so that:

● We can provide an excellent experience for all members and encourage participation, whilst recognising that different people are looking for different things from the club.

● We can ensure all members have an opportunity for their views to be aired and listened to

● We have a club where there is an inclusive and diverse representation of views

The committee will use the survey to:

● Develop measurements of satisfaction by which to benchmark our progress as a club

● Be transparent with the findings and clearly communicating this back to all members

● Use the findings to inform committee priorities – whilst we cannot promise to do everything people ask us for, we will listen to everybody’s views

In addition to this yearly anonymous survey, we are also looking for volunteers from across the club to join a smaller focus group to represent the membership body and feedback their views on issues or questions that might arise ad hoc throughout the year.

Deadline for responses is Sunday 2 June.
