Have your say: Help shape the future of New Zealand’s aviation rules

This survey is an opportunity to provide early feedback; it does not replace engagement or formal consultation.
We are starting work to update Civil Aviation Rules — and we want your input.

Your responses will inform how CAA structures engagement, prioritises work under the Rules Update Programme, and will help to ensure that future consultations suit different parts of the aviation sector.

For reference, the Civil Aviation Rules are available on our website.

This survey is open until 21 November 2025.
If you would you like to stay updated on the Rules Update Programme, please sign up to our mailing list and check ‘Rule projects in progress’ at the bottom.
