Savannah Civic Center Site Redevelopment

The Savannah Civic Center site is an important opportunity for our community. To guide the site’s future, the City of Savannah is studying how the City-owned land around the Civic Center could be redeveloped. The study area is shown on the map below. Please note that this study does not cover the Civic Center itself, it is only considering the land next to the Civic Center.
This study will explore what kinds of development could make sense for this site, balancing what the market can realistically provide with the community’s goals and priorities.
