To nominate a business leader for the CREW Charlotte Impact Awards, please fill out the nomination form completely. Detailed responses are encouraged to help the nominating committee select the most deserving winners.

NOMINATIONS
● To nominate someone, fill out the 2026 nomination form. This nomination form serves as the entry form for the awards. CREW Charlotte will not accept nominations that are not submitted through this online system.
● Multiple nominations are welcome.
● You may nominate yourself.
● You must personally know the person you are nominating.
● False information is not permitted and highly discouraged.
● All nominations must be submitted by 11:59 pm Eastern time on October 9, 2026.

JUDGING
● An independent panel of judges will be selected by the CREW Charlotte Executive Committee in its sole discretion.
● The judging panel will review the entry forms and select the winners based on a predetermined scoring rubric.
● The judges, at their sole discretion, may alter the number of winners or disqualify any nomination found to be violating any of these rules. Such decisions are not subject to appeal.
● Attempts to influence judges are expressly discouraged.
