NAPA Creativity and Arts Programme - National Baseline Survey 2026

About this survey - This survey is designed to establish a national baseline at the start of NAPA’s three-year Creativity and Arts Programme, supported by the Rayne Foundation.

It will help NAPA understand:

  • current creative practice across care settings and the cultural sector
  • strengths and successful approaches
  • barriers and inequalities
  • workforce confidence and training needs
  • partnership opportunities
  • future priorities for national support and guidance

The findings will help shape:
  • Communities of Practice for artists and activity/care teams
  • national learning opportunities
  • quality guidance and frameworks
  • digital resources
  • partnership development
  • policy and advocacy work

Estimated completion time - Approximately 12–15 minutes

Confidentiality - Responses will be analysed collectively and used to support programme development, research and sector learning. Individual organisations will not be identified without permission.
