* 1. The Next Gen Award recognizes a new pharmacist, pharmacy resident, or pharmacy student for their commitment and dedication to improving the lives of older adults. Please vote for one nominee to be awarded the 2022 ASCP Next-Gen Award.

Qualifications
  1. Nominees must be a student, pharmacy resident or became a new practitioner within the last 10 years.
  2. Nominees must be an active member of ASCP

Question Title

* 2. The Women’s Spotlight Award recognizes a female pharmacist for her outstanding contributions to senior care pharmacy and the mission of ASCP. Please vote for one nominee to be awarded the 2022 ASCP Women's Spotlight Award.

Qualifications
  • Nominees may be members or non-members of ASCP.
  • Nominees must not be current members of ASCP’s Board of Directors.
  • Nominees will have contributed significantly to the ASCP mission and vision of senior care pharmacy practice on a local, regional, or national basis.

Question Title

* 3. ASCP is excited to honor excellence in senior care pharmacy instruction and leadership. ASCP has accepted nominations in 3 major categories:
  • Outstanding Student Preceptor (Recognizes those who create meaningful learning experiences for pharmacy students of all levels (IPPE, APPE))
  • Outstanding Post Graduate Educator (Recognizes those who create meaningful learning experiences for pharmacy residents/fellows of all levels (PGY1, PGY2))
  • Outstanding Faculty (Recognizes those who make outstanding contributions in teaching and mentoring students)
One finalist from each category has been selected by ASCP's Awards Committee. Then the top honor, Educator of the Year, will be voted on by the nominee’s peers. Please vote for one nominee to be awarded the 2022 ASCP Educator of the Year Award.
