2026 Best Under 40 Awards - Nomination Form

It's time to nominate young professionals for the Sheboygan County Best Under 40 Awards to be held Thursday, May 7, 2026. The public is invited to make a nomination in any or all of the award categories below. Please scroll all the way through to review every category.

Those individuals that have won an award in the past two years may be nominated but are not eligible to win in the same category (we will check that for you). The judges' decision is final. All eligible nominees will be honored and winners will be announced at the Best Under 40 Awards.

* PLEASE NOTE, awards are not based on the number of nominations and self-nominations are not accepted in any of the categories below.
