Help improve our understanding of ICU medication safety!

Medication errors in adult ICUs can cause preventable patient harm. While various safety measures exist, there is limited understanding of which interventions are commonly used in adult ICUs.

We are gathering insights from ICU healthcare professionals to understand their experiences with adult ICU medication safety systems. Your input will help us understand access to medication safety systems and their perceived impact on ICU patient safety.

As an ICU healthcare professional, would you be willing to share your perspective?
