Senior/Community Center Survey

The Town of Worthington has received a federal grant to identify potential buildings or properties in town that could support a public facility for use by seniors and the community. The Select Board has appointed a committee to work with Hilltown Community Development (Hilltown CDC) to conduct a study of the current real estate in town to determine the feasibility of creating a new facility.

This survey will help us better understand what Worthington residents think about this project, provide input to the process and assist in determining the need of town residents. We need your help to make this survey useful to the Town.  It is important that you only complete this survey once.  Please take five minutes to complete the survey by February 22nd, 2019.  Thank you for participating.
