Workplace Wellbeing in UK Optometry: A Study of Job Satisfaction and Resilience

5.I understand and agree that my words may be quoted in publications, reports, and other research outputs. I understand that I will not be named in these outputs but that there is a risk that I could be identified.(Required.)
6.I understand that my taking part is voluntary.
7.I understand that I can discontinue participation at any point and I can also withdraw myself and my data from the research. I am also aware I do not have to give any reasons for why I no longer want to take part and there will be no adverse consequences if I choose to withdraw.

Given the questionnaire uses SurveyMonkey's Anonymous Responses neither your IP address or email address will be used therefore we may only be able to remove your responses if you provide the date of completion and further information about your responses. The deadline to do this is 31/08/2026. (Required.)
