As the newest elected councillor and as someone who believes strongly in data-driven decision-making getting direct input from residents is incredibly important to me. Although I represent Ward 2, city-wide issues effect our neighbourhood just as much as they effect others, so this survey is open to everyone across Windsor. I will be sharing the results with the Mayor, Council and will publish the data after the analysis is completed.

The full survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. If that feels too long, I encourage you at least to answer the key question at the top — that response alone is the most important in my view. That said, the more participation we have, the better the insight I and council will have heading into budget deliberations.

At the time of writing, I have not yet seen the proposed 2026 budget. These questions are based on the approved 2025 budget and information I have learned since being elected. The survey is broken up into 4 parts:

General Perceptions
A Bit About You

Ward 2 Issues
City Wide Issues

For those who don't live in Ward 2, survey logic will skip the Ward 2 specific question. The results of this survey will be one of several factors I consider when making budget decisions. The survey closes on December 24 at 11:59 p.m. — giving me an extra little present for the holidays.
