Waupaca Area Public Library is developing a new strategic plan for library services. Your input will help the library serve all residents in the Waupaca area. The following survey will ask you some questions about your usage of, perception of, and ideas for Waupaca Area Public Library. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
When you complete the survey, you will have an opportunity to give the library your contact information to be entered in a drawing to win one of two $100 gift certificates from the Chamber of Commerce! This information is for drawing purposes only.
