Water Street Infrastructure Project Notification Sign-Up

The City of St. John's will begin the final phase of the Water Street Infrastructure Project in April 2026, which involves installing a cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner in the sewer system between Queen Street and Prescott Street. This work will be completed prior to the summer tourist season.

Disruptions to existing sewer services and minor traffic delays can be expected during the CIPP installation. If you would like to receive notifications about upcoming disruptions specifically impacting your home or business, you may sign-up by completing this form. Notifications will be sent to individuals and businesses based on location as needed throughout the project.
