Entry Criteria:

  • Any member of SARNZ may submit an entry.
  • Initial entries will be judged to determine finalists in each category.
  • Finalists will be asked to submit further information for the next round of judging.
  • Finalists will need to supply a referee (this can be the main contractor or other sub-trade from the job main contractor) to verify a good working relationship.
  • Each finalist will get recognised at the annual SARNZ Job of the Year Awards dinner at the SARNZ Conference.
  • The judging panel will determine category winners for each category, and an overall winner for the Job of the Year.
  • Entries will be assessed by the judging panel whose decision is final.
  • No discussion or correspondence regarding their decision will be entered.
  • Further information on the submissions entered must be made available for inspection by the judges if so requested. This may be by form, email, or interview call from the judges.
  • By submitting an entry you are confirming that you will be at the Conference Job of the Year Awards dinner or have a company representative present who can accept the award if you are selected as a winner.
  • Winners will be announced at the Conference and Trade Show in September.
  • Finalist interviews (if needed) will be conducted in July/August.
