Each year at our Annual Conference, outstanding enrollment professionals are recognized by E3n for their leadership, commitment, and contributions through the presentation of the Bretnall, Gourley, and Rising Star awards.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, May 22, 2026. All nominees must be affiliated with an E3n member school or organization in good standing.
The Awards Committee will review all nominations and select the most appropriate award for each recipient rather than requiring nominators to choose specific awards.
Here is a summary of each award:
Bretnall Award
Given each year to a leader and educator who has made significant contributions to the field of admission and enrollment.

The Gourley Award
Given each year to a leader and educator whose concern for students and colleagues is an inspiration to those who serve in admission.

E3n Rising Star Award
Developed by the Enrollment Management Leadership Council (EMLC) and a sub-committee of E3n’s Board of Trustees, this award honors educators with ten years or less experience who have distinguished themselves and/or their schools in the field of enrollment management.
