Survey Objective:
The Workforce Planning Board of Waterloo Wellington and Dufferin is inviting all people in the labour force of Waterloo Region, Wellington County, City of Guelph and Dufferin County to complete this survey and contribute to a better understanding of regional workforce experiences and expectations. The Workforce Survey is designed to collect information on a range of labour force experiences including people working, looking for work, preparing to the workforce, or deciding not to pursue employment.
All information collected will be aggregated and summarized in a report format and shared publicly for regional and local planning purposes.
Filling out the Workforce Survey:
After completing the survey, please ensure that you click "Done" to submit your answers. The survey should take between 10 to 30 minutes to complete, depending on how much you worked in the last 12 months. Due to logic embedded in the survey, certain questions will be automatically skipped based on your previous response, further shortening the completion time.
Confidentiality:
The survey has been designed to protect your identity. All answers given will be treated in strict confidence and they will be used for statistical purposes and published in aggregate form only. Answers you provide cannot be traced back to you as a survey participant.
The findings from the survey will be available at workforceplanningboard.com in the winter of 2026.
