Questa Education Foundation has partnered with Transform Consulting Group (TCG) to conduct the Postsecondary Graduate Mindset Study, a regional research project designed to help employers, educators, and community leaders better understand how upcoming graduates and early-career professionals think about work, career growth, and workplace expectations. Findings from this survey will directly inform key insights and discussions at Questa's April 2027 Annual Talent Convening.
