Dear Respondent: In March 2025, community groups and residents of municipalities in the Westshore were invited to share their input about recreation facilities and programs of most importance to them. Based on this, as well as research and analysis, the West Shore Parks & Recreation Society (WSPRS) has developed a Facilities Master Plan.

The purpose of the plan is to guide decision making about how best to meet the collective recreation and sport needs of member communities. These include the City of Langford, City of Colwood, Town of View Royal, District of Metchosin, and District of Highlands.

Before finalizing the plan, we would like to collect feedback from the community. Your input will help confirm whether the draft plan aligns with the priorities and perspectives shared throughout the engagement process.
