'The Voices of People Living with Dementia:' A Campaign for Positive Change (working title)

  • Are you living with mild to moderate dementia?
  • Do you live in Hamilton or Haldimand?
  • Are you interested in sharing your personal experience to challenge the way people think about living with dementia in our communities?
We are launching a public awareness campaign, highlighting the experiences of 10 individuals who are living with dementia. Our campaign will feature portraits, audio recordings, and a short film to share the personal stories of real people living with dementia. Our goal is to see, hear, and learn from your experiences to challenge negative perceptions and begin to positively shift understanding about what it means to live with dementia in our communities.

If you are interested in participating in this Campaign for Positive Change, please fill out the short survey below or contact Shelagh at 905-920-7721. Thank you!
