Community Survey

The Township of Wellington North is updating its 2018 Recreation Master Plan. The updated plan will ensure that programs and services continue to support community needs and respond to changing demographic and growth factors.

• The survey will be active until November 22nd, 2026.
• The survey should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete; it must be completed in one sitting.

• One submission per household is permitted. You are encouraged to include all members of your household when answering the questions.
• Your answers are anonymous and none of your responses will be linked to you as an individual. All responses will be kept confidential and will be reproduced in summary form only.
• The information gathered through this survey will only be used to inform the Township of Wellington North Recreation Master Plan.
