Children and Young People with Disability Australia (CYDA) is the national representative organisation for children and young people with disability aged 0 - 25 years. https://cyda.org.au/
Why is CYDA doing an education survey?
We send out a National Education Survey every two years. Your answers will help us understand what students with disability need to feel included in school and supported in learning.
Who is this survey for?
This survey is for parents/caregivers of students with disability:
- Primary school
- Secondary school
- Recently left or finished school.
There is a different survey for young people with disability to fill out. Use this link to the student survey, if you are not a parent/caregiver.
What does CYDA do with this information?
The information we collect will help us advocate to government and others about the needs of school students with disability.
By completing this survey, you are consenting (giving us your permission) to use your responses for our research and advocacy.
Your privacy.
CYDA is serious about privacy, and we will not share personal information with others.
If we do use things you say, we will make sure we do not use your name, or anything that people can use to find out who you are.
How long will the survey take?
