Scholarship Application

Prolacta Bioscience Foundation is funding ten Lamaze Certification Scholarships totaling $15,000. Each scholarship supports future Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educators by covering core certification costs including the Learning Guide, seminar, and exam.

Scholarship per recipient up to $1,350 includes:
Lamaze Learning Guide $275
Lamaze Seminar up to $600
Lamaze Certification Exam $475

  • Application period December through January 15, 2026
  • Selection and notification February 1, 2026
  • Membership is not required but encouraged.
  • Completion requirement: seminar and exam must be finished by September 2026
