As your locally owned utility, we are always interested in hearing from customers about the services they receive from Westfield Gas + Electric/Whip City Fiber. Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

When you have completed the survey, please provide your account number to be entered into a drawing to receive one of FIVE (5) $250 WG+E Energy Credits to be redeemed on your WG+E account. Please complete your survey by October 30, 2026 to qualify. Five (5) lucky winners will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries at the November Municipal Light Board Meeting. One (1) entry per person.
