Superintendent Interview: Community Survey

The Washoe County School District (WCSD) Board of Trustees is gathering community input to develop interview questions that will be asked during an interview of its superintendent candidate, current Deputy Superintendent Tiffany McMaster. We invite staff, families, students, and community members to share feedback and ideas for interview questions they believe are important when selecting WCSD's next leader.

Your input will help identify key themes and priorities for Board consideration to guide the interview process and used to create 1-2 questions the Board will ask the superintendent candidate. The interview is scheduled for the May 12, 2026 Board meeting.

This survey will close at noon on May 7th. Thank you in advance for your important feedback!
