Commercial Lines - Team Assistant Our Commercial Lines department is seeking candidates for a team assistant class beginning in June 2026. Team assistants support the underwriting team in serving agencies by processing tasks needed in the endorsement issuance process. Team assistants will also be responsible for maintaining overall quality and efficiency of work performed within their team. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.
The pay range for this position is $18 - $20 per hour. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
