Community Needs Assessment Survey 2026

West Central Missouri Community Action Agency is conducting its 2026 Community Needs Assessment to better understand system-level challenges, service gaps, and emerging opportunities affecting individuals and families experiencing poverty across our nine-county region.
This survey is intended for community stakeholders — including service providers, employers, educators, funders, public officials, faith leaders, and advocates.
We are especially seeking qualitative insight that cannot be captured through census data or administrative reports.
Your input will help establish a shared regional baseline to guide:
  • Strategic planning
  • Program development
  • Partnership alignment
  • Advocacy priorities
  • Resource allocation over the next three years
