The Township of Lanark Highlands is reviewing its Noise By-law as part of a broader review of municipal by-law enforcement. This review will assess clarity, enforceability, and whether the current approach reflects community expectations. Your feedback will help inform Council’s decision, along with legal advice and what the Township is permitted to regulate.
