What this survey is about?
WARRPAC is committed to supporting parent/carers of children/young people (0-25) with SEND, we use your voice to challenge the local Authority and Health and hold them accountable on the issues that affect our children/young people. The feedback received in this survey is fed back and used by the Local Authority and Health to shape their improvement plan.

Who should answer this survey?
Parents/carers of children and young people (0-25) with SEND (whether diagnosed or not) who live within the Warrington Borough or who access services across education, health and social care across Warrington. Note If you have more than one child / young person with SEND, please feel free to complete this survey more than once to include each of their needs/experiences.

What we need from you?
We need you to share your lived experience to enable those conversations with those in the Local Authority and health who are in a position to drive change. We need to know what's working well so this continues as well as the areas that need improving to best support your child or young person. Feel free to use the comment box to share your feedback and suggestions on how you feel things could be improved.
