Waga People's Choice Awards
The Art Gallery of Alberta (AGA) and Women for the Art Gallery of Alberta (Waga) are proud to partner with the Whyte Avenue Art Walk to present the inaugural Waga People's Choice Awards.
Cast your vote for your favourite artist in the following categories:
- Favourite Artist
- Favourite Work on Paper
- Favourite Painting
- Favourite Photography or Digital
- Favourite Sculpture or 3D Objects
You do not need to vote in every category, every vote for an artist in a relevant category counts.
Winning artists will be featured in a special Waga exhibition at the AGA's Community Gallery from January 23 to March 27, 2027. This exhibition will showcase outstanding artists from the Whyte Avenue Art Walk, giving visitors another opportunity to experience and celebrate Alberta's vibrant creative community.
Voting closes Monday, July 13.
