Purpose of the Survey

The purpose of this survey is to receive feedback on DCYF’s Draft Language Access Plan (LAP) to improve language services. DCYF’s staff and community partners’ voices are critical to the implementation of the Language Access Plan. By incorporating their/your feedback, it is hoped that the Language Access Plan will improve services for our families/communities who are Limited English Proficient (LEP).

Please review the Language Access Plan graphic below and complete the survey. The survey will be active through May 31, 2024. All information gathered from the survey will be used only for DCYF's Language Access Plan improvement and language access updates - no personal information will be shared.

Please Note: The Language Access Plan (LAP) is a living document and will be reviewed on a minimum every two years. If you have questions, prefer to review the Language Access Plan in its entirety, or need the survey translated into an additional language that is not currently provided, please contact the Language Access Team at dcyf.languageaccess@dcyf.wa.gov.
