6.Event Ambassador Team

Help keep our event running smoothly by welcoming guests and checking wristbands and credentials at designated entry points. Help guests locate their reserved table. A great role for volunteers who enjoy interacting with people.
7.Site Team

Assist in decor set up such as centerpieces and tablecloths. Clean up areas as set up is completed to prepare for event guests. Collect trash on beach and guest tables. Empty trash bins, replace trash bag, and dump full bags outside of the event fence. Pick up trash off the ground and ensure it gets thrown away or recycled.

Pick up/fix any decorations that have fallen to maintain the look of the event. Light tiki torches at dusk. Help with event clean up such as remove centerpieces and tablecloths.
8.Parking Lot Team

Direct staff, volunteers, and event partners to the back of the first parking lot. Direct VIP guests and sponsor limos to the first parking lot and all other guests to remaining lots. Direct non-event guests to other lots in the park. Inform guests of shuttle service, answer any questions, direct guests to front gate, and ensure smooth traffic flow.
