The Plan serves as a guide for residents, community leaders, and government officials to better manage land use, housing, transportation, sustainability, economic development, neighborhood planning, and public investments. Equity and resilience are guiding principles. Goals in the survey were created based on input from 1,000+ residents gathered over a year of community engagement.
