Western NSW Primary Health Network (WNSWPHN) is undertaking an After-Hours Needs Assessment to understand how healthcare services are delivered outside of standard hours and how access can be improved across the region.
After-hours refers to:
- Weekdays: after 6:00pm and before 8:00am
- Saturdays: after 12:00pm
- Sundays and public holidays
We are seeking input from service providers to better understand:
- Current service availability
- Challenges in delivering after-hours care
- Gaps in the system
- Opportunities to improve access
Your responses will help inform future planning and improvements to after-hours services across Western NSW.
