Virtual "Getting to Results" Workshop: Identifying and using performance measures for improvement 

Virtual "Getting to Results" is a 4-hour online, interactive workshop designed for those who have not yet attended a Results-Based Accountability™ (RBA) training with a focus on performance or for those who want a refresher.

By the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to:  
  • Understand the basic concepts of Results-Based Accountability™ (RBA)
  • Learn RBA's 7-step thinking process to support improvement for your program, project, or organization 
  • Value language discipline 
  • Learn about 3 types of performance measures and practice identifying them
  • Identify “headline measures”
  • Practice applying "Turn-the-Curve" thinking to your program
  • Explain to others the contribution relationship between your program's performance and population well-being (i.e. how your work contributes to the overall community health improvement work)
Technical Requirements: This workshop uses Zoom and Google Docs - please be sure you are able to access and use both.
